January is always a strange month. All of the anticipation and business of Christmas is all of a sudden over. A whole month of total and complete craziness it seems, and then....Poof! It is over and reality of our crazy every day life is back.
This year was particularly that way. We were in Boise for Christmas (which was FABULOUS) and didn't get back until the 1st. When we got back, it was a whirlwind of getting unpacked and putting our life back together. And real life happened so quickly (school, work, music lessons, sports, etc......) that we had Christmas up for a little longer than usual. We got our real tree and most of the stuff put away the first weekend after real life began. However, this very night, in our family room upstairs, we still have this view:
So the question is.....
total slacker or absolute Christmas enthusiast?
Christmas enthusiast :) because my Christmas stuff is still up as well. I just haven't had time or desire to go out to the freezing cold shed to get it all put away.
