No, you are not seeing things. This is snow. No, we didn't move. It was so incredible to wake up to snow!
It actually ended up snowing more than this. However, what day did the "heavenly white stuff" (thank you Caleb) decide to grace us with it's presence? On their first day back to school after Christmas. Yep. They didn't even have a chance to build a snowman! The school did cleverly have "Walking In a Winter Wonderland" playing when I dropped them off. As luck would have it, when we got home that day, it was all completely melted. :( Wouldn't that have been a great memory; to build a snowman in Vegas? Well, here's to hoping for more Global Warming. Isn't that what people blame the crazy weather on?
